MSI Ethiopia

Marie Stopes International (MSI) is one of the largest providers of sexual and reproductive health services world-wide. It has a presence in over 40 countries across the globe. A total of 3.300 units of LNG IUS were provided to MSI in Ethiopia since 2009. These devices were incorporated into existing MSI service delivery sites, a network of approximately 20 clinics. In addition, LNG IUS were incorporated into MSI’s outreach strategy in Ethiopia and increased availability and access to the method even further. This donation contributed to MSI’s organizational objective to offer safe, convenient, long-acting reversible family planning options for women in underserved communities.
