Marie Stopes Timor-Leste (MSTL) is a partnership program of Marie Stopes International, one of the largest providers of sexual and reproductive health services world-wide. Marie Stopes International provides contraception and safe abortion services to millions of women and families across the world, with a presence in over 40 countries. The partnership in Timor-Leste began in November 2017, with an initial shipment of 300 units to Dili.
